Kim’s Path from Driver to Director

Kim started working for TransWest in 2014 as a driver in our Everett Division. She quickly showed that she shared some of the same qualities of care, safety and service that TransWest truly values.

Kim became the site lead for Everett and helped others deliver exceptional customer service. She then took an opportunity to become our site manager on the Eastside, taking on a bigger team of drivers and more transportation services at our corporate client accounts.

In 2017 Kim then moved to our biggest division in Seattle as a Territory Manager. In 2018, Kim was promoted once again to Operations Manager, where she led all divisions ensuring exceptional service, standards and safety. Today Kim serves as Director of Training, Safety & Compliance. Kim achieved this through dedication, care and exceptional work ethics.

Kim appreciates the limitless potential the company offers for professional growth, how the team feels like a family, and TransWest’s view to the future of our industry.
