If you refer a candidate to TransWest and they’re hired, you’ll earn a referral bonus for the following roles:
• $1,500 for Fleet Technician hires
• $1,000 for CDL Driver hires
• $500 for Non-CDL Driver hires
How It Works
Refer a candidate to any open role at TransWest
Make sure they include your name in their application
Send us your name, contact information, and the name of the person you referred using the form below
If your referred candidate is hired, TransWest will notify you and request a W9 to issue payment. Payments will be issued after the candidate completes 60 days of employment.
There’s no limit! Every hired referral earns you another bonus.
Partner Referral Terms: Partner must submit a completed W-9 for payment. Payment is issued after the referred Team Member completes 60 days of employment. TransWest will issue a 1099-NEC to the partner reflective of total bonus payouts in a calendar year. Referral bonus equals 20% of the current Team Member referral bonus. Partner does not represent or speak on behalf of TransWest. This referral opportunity is not available to the general public and does not constitute a public offer or solicitation.
